As sale and clearance products are heavily discounted, we are unable to ship these products outside the UK. Any items in this category will automatically be removed from your shopping basket at the checkout. D2 apologises for any inconvenience.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Should you wish to exchange or return any items you may have purchased from our website, please return your item(s) unworn and in an unmarked condition, with you original invoice, within 21 days of the date they were delivered to you, to the address stated below.

Please send the returns via a guaranteed delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, as we cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us.
Please state whether an exchange or refund is required. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded.
For online returns, we can only refund the card originally used for payment.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy

If the more expensive item is returned and the free item is kept you will be charged for this free item. The cost of the item will be deducted from your outstanding refund amount. You will receive a refund for the balance amount.
